In accordance with Article 76a of the Federal Constitution the Legislature of Sarawak is authorised to make laws in respect to the application of the monies borrowed under the Loan (School Managements) Ordinance 1964 of Sarawak [Sarawak 2 of 1964] for the purposes and in accordance with the Loans to Aided Schools Regulations 1956 [GN.
