Validation and indemnity 3 4 Laws of Malaysia Act 697 Fees (National Agriculture Training Council) (Validation) 5 LAWS OF MALAYSIA Act 697 FEES (NATIONAL AGRICULTURE TRAINING COUNCIL) (VALIDATION) ACT 2009 An Act to validate the collection of fees in respect of any service rendered for the certification of foreign workers’ skills by the National Agriculture Training Council during the period from 25 January 2006 to 8 March 2007. [1 May 2009] ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Fees (National Agriculture Training Council) (Validation) Act 2009. Validation and indemnity 2. (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the fees which were charged and collected by the National Agriculture Training Council in respect of any service rendered for the certification of foreign workers’ skills during the period from 25 January 2006 to 8 March 2007, being the day before the date of the coming into operation of the Fees (Services For Certification of Foreign Worker’s Skills) (National Agriculture Training Council) Order 2007 [P.U.
