Overview

The Wholesale Liquor Licence (WLL) is required for anyone wishing to sell or offer alcoholic beverages wholesale in Malaysia. It permits the licensee to sell alcoholic drinks wholesale, provided they comply with specific regulations. Those licensed under section 20 to distill or produce alcoholic beverages can sell their products wholesale without this license under certain conditions.

- Complete the application form for the Excise License - Letter of application to the Chairman of the Excise Licensing Board, Temerloh - Premises license from the Temerloh Municipal Council - Business registration - Copy of identity card - Two photographs of the applicant - Photographs of the premises - Advertisement cuttings from two types of newspapers (Malay required, English/Chinese optional)

New Application/Renewal Wholesale Trader License - RM 90.00 for each month or part of a month
