Application requirements
- Veterinary Health Certificate for Export: Guided by the requirements set by the importing country
- For Transfer: Adhere to the requirements set by the destination state and obtain entry permission from the destination state's Veterinary Department.
- For Slaughter: Permission to slaughter must be obtained from the District Veterinary Services Office.
- For Local Meat Market: Meat sources must be obtained from animals based on health inspection results and laboratory findings.
- For Breeding: Animals used for breeding purposes only and must reach maturity.
- Health certificate issuance conditions may change based on physical inspection results and the disease status of the local area.
