Application requirements
- Export - Based on the requirements set by the importing country.
- Transfer - Based on the requirements set by the destination state and obtaining entry permission from the destination JPV.
- Slaughter - Permission to slaughter and the slaughtering location must be obtained from the state JPV.
- Meat for Local Market - Meat sources must come from animals based on health inspection results and laboratory test outcomes.
- Breeding - Animals used for breeding purposes only and must reach maturity.

1) Veterinary Health Certificate:
i) E-Permit 1: RM5.00/application
ii) E-Permit 2:
Chicken/Duck/Eggs: RM3.00/consignment
Cattle/Buffalo/Deer: RM3.00/head
Goat: RM1.00/head
Cat/Dog/Pig: RM5.00/head
Skin: RM5.00/consignment
iii) E-Permit 3: RM2.00
2) Inspection: RM50.00
3) Validity:
E-Permit 1: 1 month
E-Permit 2: 5 days
E-Permit 3: 3 days
