Application requirements
- Five (5) copies of the proforma form, indicator plan, site plan, layout plan, building plan
- Approval from government agencies such as:
a) Department of Environment
b) Fire and Rescue Department
c) Copy of memorandum and articles of association
- The factory site must be located in an industrial area
- Copy of land ownership or land ownership agreement
- Catalog of all machinery used

i. Based on the type of machine applied for and approved
