Application requirements

- Applicant must complete the application form under the Entertainment Act 1998. - Obtain comments from relevant technical agencies: - Local authority - District police chief - Fire department - Other necessary agencies - Obtain approval from the District Safety Committee (JKKD) which meets monthly. - For new applications, complete the liquor selling form under the Excise Act 1976. - Obtain comments from relevant technical agencies such as: - Local authority - District police chief - Royal Malaysian Customs - Fire department - Other necessary agencies - Obtain approval from the District Licensing Board (LPD) which meets quarterly. - For renewals, provide a copy of the previous year's licence. - Provide a copy of the business licence.

Processing fee: RM25.00 / 4 shows RM20.00 / 3 shows RM15.00 / 2 shows RM10.00 / 1 show RM20.00 / midnight shows 1 January to 31 December
