Application requirements
- Application to the Land Administrator must be made using Form 24 and accompanied by:
- Written consent from every person or body with registered interest in the land, including exempt tenants.
- Copy of the agreement between the landowner and the operator.
- Copy of the Power of Attorney if the application is made by a person or body authorized to do so.
- Copy of the current land rent receipt that has been paid.
