Application requirements

- Malaysian citizen aged 18 and above - For companies/cooperatives/organizations: Must include (Company) MAA, Form 49, Form 24 (Cooperative/organization) constitution - No compensation will be paid if the land is reclaimed by the government - Livestock such as cattle, goats, buffaloes, etc., are not allowed under this licence - Permanent structures/crops are not permitted on this land - Licensees must comply with other instructions/conditions issued by the State Authority from time to time - This licence can be revoked immediately without compensation if any provisions are violated - The licence is non-transferable and renewal must be applied using a form available at the Temerloh District Office

NEW APPLICATION/RENEWAL Processing fee (LPS) RM10.00 (KTP.1992.57) Each licence issued is valid for one (1) calendar year. LPS fee for cash crop purposes - (Urban land) RM150.00 per hectare. - (Rural land) RM150.00 per hectare
