Overview

The Sugar Import and Export Permit (SIEP) is an online application required for all sugar import and export activities. However, applications for refined sugar imports have been frozen since March 1, 2016.

No processing fee to the ministry for permit applications. Fees are only charged by DagangNet Technologies for subscription/use of the ePermit system for online import/export permit applications.
