Application requirements
- Application form
- Application fee - RM100.00 per form/lot
- One copy of the latest official search
- Two copies of building plans approved by the local authority
- Two copies of plans for structures extending beyond land boundaries into airspace above government land or reserves
- Two copies of overall plans showing the position of structures using airspace beyond land boundaries
- Two copies of location plans
- Approval from parties with interests in the relevant ownership
- Written permission from the supervising officer if the land is government reserve land
- Two copies of the current year's land tax payment receipt
- Applications from companies or statutory bodies must submit:
A. 2 certified copies of the Memorandum of Articles by the company secretary;
B. 2 certified copies of Forms 24 and 49 by the company registrar.
