Application requirements

- Applicant must obtain the application form from the PERHILITAN State Office or download it from the PERHILITAN licensing system (https://secure.wildlife.gov.my) - Applicant must complete the application form and include the following: - Identity Card. - Valid wildlife purchase receipt. - Wildlife marking certificate from a clinic registered with PERHILITAN. - Utility bill for address verification. - Copy of permission letter from the Apartment or Residence Management for applicants residing in apartments. - PERHILITAN will inspect the wildlife if there are any doubts before issuing the licence. - For applications involving CITES species, CITES number inspection must be conducted first. - If all applications are complete, the licence will be issued.
