Overview

The Retail Liquor Licence (RLL) is issued by the District and Land Office of Maran to eligible applicants for the retail sale of intoxicating liquor, excluding toddy, for use at locations other than the premises where it is sold (for sales of less than 27 liters per day). This licence is necessary for businesses wishing to sell liquor legally.
