Individuals, private limited companies
Application requirements
- Application form for rock material permit.
- 2 copies of identity card.
- 2 plans of the applied area.
- If the applicant owns the land, include a letter of permission from the landowner and a copy of the land title.
- If the applicant is a company:
I) Memorandum and Articles of Association.
II) Forms 24 & 49 of the Companies Act 1965.
III) Company resolution.
- If the applicant is an organization/cooperative/association/statutory body:
I) 2 copies of the organization's bylaws/act and other certified documents.
II) 2 copies of certified meeting minutes/company resolution.
- Comply with the instructions of the Tampin Land Administrator from time to time.

Processing fee:
1. Application fee = RM40.00
2. Plan fee = RM14.00
Granite = RM3.00/metric ton Domestic
RM4.00/metric ton Foreign
Deposit: 300% of monthly royalty based on monthly production quantity or minimum RM1,000.00, whichever is higher.
