Businesses registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
Application requirements
- Applicant must complete the application form for the entertainment license under the Entertainment and Entertainment Places Enactment 1998.
- Must obtain comments from relevant technical agencies/departments:
- A) Local Authority
- B) District Police Chief
- C) Fire Department
- D) Any other necessary agency/department
- Must obtain approval from the District Safety Working Committee (JKKD) which meets once a month chaired by the District Officer to be presented to the State Safety Working Committee (JKKN).
- Must obtain approval from the State Safety Working Committee (JKKN).
- For renewal, provide a renewal application letter.
- Provide a copy of the old license and premises license from the local authority.
- Provide a current copy of SSM.
