Application requirements

- The applicant must complete the Entertainment License Application Form under the Entertainment and Places of Entertainment Enactment 1998. - Required documents include: a) 1 Application Letter b) 4 copies of the applicant's identity card c) 4 copies of the organization registration d) 4 copies of the committee members e) 4 copies of the location plan f) 4 copies of the program schedule g) 4 copies of land ownership/land lease agreement h) Any other necessary documents as deemed required from time to time.
