Application requirements

- Application must be submitted to the relevant customs officer using Form JKDM No.1 and the New Application Form for PSB Licence under Section 77(b) of the Customs Act 1967. - A plan must be submitted to the senior customs officer along with Form JKDM No.1, approved by a registered architect under the Architects Act 1967. - The applicant must provide a justification paper detailing the need for the PSB, including location, ownership status, environmental suitability, and other relevant information. - A checklist for the PSB licence application can be referred to at the controlling customs station.
