Individuals, private limited companies
Application requirements
- 2 application forms for the materials permit.
- 2 copies of identification card.
- 2 plans of the requested area.
- If the applicant is the landowner, include a letter of permission from the landowner and a copy of the land title.
- If the applicant is a company:
I) Memorandum and Articles of Association.
II) Forms 24 & 49 of the Companies Act 1965.
III) Company resolution.
- If the applicant is an organization/cooperative/association/statutory body:
I) 2 copies of the organization's laws/act and other certified documents.
II) 2 copies of certified meeting minutes/company resolution.
- Must comply with the instructions of the Tampin Land Administrator from time to time.
Agency fee breakdown
Processing fee:
1. Application fee = RM40.00
2. Plan fee = RM14.00
Royalty fee:
Land sand
a) RM4.00/ cubic meter (within Negeri Sembilan)
b) RM5.00/ cubic meter (relocated outside Negeri Sembilan)
c) RM14.00/ cubic meter (export market)
Deposit (security money): 300% of the monthly royalty amount based on the set monthly production quantity or a minimum of RM 1000.00, whichever is higher.
