Application requirements
- Business/company registration from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or Cooperative Registration Certificate from the Malaysian Cooperative Commission (SKM) or Sole Proprietorship and Partnership;
- Supplier company support letter;
- Recent bank statement for one (1) month;
- Copy of Business License from Local Authority/Valid Approval Letter from Local Authority;
- Original support letter from the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department;
- Original PDA permission and CSA license or copy from the previous station owner (for taking over a petrol station only);
- Approval letter for the development site of a new petrol station/Portable Container System (PCS) from KPDN Putrajaya;
- Support letter from the Malaysian Fisheries Development Authority (LKIM) for skid tank operation applications.

Application fee for PDA Commercial Permission/Renewal is RM 75 (3 years).
