Application requirements
- One (1) copy of company registration (ROC) / business (ROB) / organization (Form 9 and Form 49 or Form D with business and owner information)
- One (1) copy of identity card OR passport
- One (1) copy of certificate of occupancy (CF) OR Certificate of Compliance (CCC/CFO)
- Floor plan and pictures of the premises (exterior, interior, and back)
- Approval letter for any modifications to the premises (if applicable)
- One (1) colored visual proposal of the advertisement (showing dimensions/size), visual of lighting method (if illuminated), picture of advertisement installation position (superimpose).
- For renewal: Copy of the licence to be renewed
Agency fee breakdown
NEW APPLICATION / RENEWAL
Illuminated Advertisements: RM500.00 for the first square meter or part thereof. RM125.00 for each additional square meter or part thereof.
Non-Illuminated Advertisements: RM250 for the first square meter or part thereof. RM75 for each additional square meter or part thereof.
These are amounts payable to Perbadanan Putrajaya. Emerhub's service fee is quoted separately when you engage us.
