Application requirements

- Copy of MyKad of the applicant or responsible officer. - Copy of Business Registration from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or; - Copy of Cooperative Registration from the Malaysian Cooperative Commission (SKM). - Proof of legal ownership of land and premises/lease/rental/lease-purchase agreement/occupancy permission from the owner.
