Application requirements

- Obtain written consent from employees for this purpose. - Keep the consent letter and present it to the Director General upon request. - Employees cannot be required to work more than 12 hours a day, including overtime, unless specified under Section 60A (2)(a)(b)(c)(d) and (e) of the Employment Act 1955. - Prepare a schedule for this purpose before the start of each month and inform the involved employees. This schedule must be kept for at least six (6) years. - Submit the schedule and all related details regarding the flexibility of working hours upon request by the Director General.
