Application requirements

- Mining is not allowed in road reserve areas. - Mining within 100 meters from the edge of road reserves and less than 500 meters from bridge structures is prohibited. - All mining operations must ensure the safety of government property and maintain the stability of excavation slopes. - The applicant or any successor is responsible for any damage to government property and related actions due to mining operations, even if engineering proposals have been approved. - Only one access road is allowed to connect to existing roads, and it must be in a safe location. - Acceleration, deceleration lanes, and storage must be constructed according to JKR standards. - The access road must be paved for 150 meters from the existing road edge. A washing trough must be provided 150 meters before the intersection.
