Application requirements

- Original application form for the liquor license stamped by the District and Land Office of Rompin. - Passport-sized photograph. - Copy of identity card. - Copy of SSM registration. - Location plan of the premises to be operated. - Advertisement of application in major newspapers in both Malay and English. - Copy of supporting documents - Company Partnership/Board Members if applicable. - License holders must display the name of the premises. - License holders must maintain records of purchases and sales of beverages. - License holders must allow customs officers/board members to enter the premises for inspection at any time. - License holders must keep the premises and storage clean and satisfactory, not cramped, dark, or cluttered. - A uniform sign prohibiting sales to individuals under 18 years old and Muslims must be displayed. - Compliance with designated business hours: Wholesale License (7:00 AM - 9:00 PM). - Compliance with the Excise Act 1976.
