Application requirements
- Public Licensed Warehouse (GBA) requires a company registered with SSM.
- At least 30% Bumiputera equity.
- Paid-up capital minimum RM 1,000,000 for critical goods storage.
- Minimum RM 3,500,000 value of goods stored for critical items.
- Minimum space of 50,000 square feet for critical goods.
- 10% Bank Guarantee of estimated duties for one year.
- Pass security screening by JKDM.
Agency fee breakdown
License fee for government agency warehouses is RM240.00 per year, while for private warehouses, the license fee is RM2400.00 per year.
