Application requirements
- License holders must comply with all laws of the National Kenaf and Tobacco Board (LKTN) including the Act and Regulations.
- License holders must blend at the premises specified in their license or other locations approved in writing by the Director-General of LKTN.
- License holders must have the necessary facilities and equipment for the tobacco industry as determined by LKTN.
- License holders must provide any information and/or records related to their business as required by LKTN, including vouchers, receipts, cash books, bank statements, inventory, and/or any relevant documents.
- License holders must display the license at all times in a visible location. Failure to do so may result in a fine not exceeding RM10,000.00 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding three (3) months, or both.
