Application requirements

- The ice production premises must be fully constructed and operational. - The company must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). - Approval from the local authority or confirmation from another government agency is required. - The ice production premises must be registered with the Ministry of Health Malaysia. - A Safety Control Manual for Ice must be maintained. - The applicant must understand all terms and conditions set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
