- Applicant must be a citizen or permanent resident - Applicant must own a registered company with SSM - Applicant must be one of the directors/owners of the company - Bank statement with a current balance of RM 100,000 for frozen fish category - Must have suitable premises/wholesale market lot - Must have sufficient employees and facilities - Must have obtained a Business Offer Letter from the Local Authority for wholesale category applications - Letter from the Biosecurity Department of Fisheries Malaysia for live fish category applications
