Private limited companies, public companies, sole proprietorships, partnerships, cooperatives, associations

Application requirements

- Complete the new licence application online at www.sppik.finas.my. - For sole proprietorship/partnership: Copy of personal and partner's identity cards, approval letter from Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or latest business information form. - For private limited company applications: Company memorandum, Form 24 for shareholders, Form 32A if there are share changes, Form 49 for company directors. All documents must be certified true copies. - Provide a copy of the company's bank statement for the last 3 months or individual account statement for sole proprietorship. - Submit a rental agreement for premises if operating in a commercial complex, stall, or government/private constructed market.
