Application requirements

- Submission of accurate Customs Code (HS Code) declaration (40.15). - Copy of the applicant's MyKad or responsible officer's ID. - Copy of Business Registration from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or Cooperative Registration from the Malaysian Cooperative Commission (SKM). - Proof of legal ownership of land and premises/lease/rental/lease purchase agreement/occupancy permission from the owner. - Copy of business license from the Local Authority (PBT) if owning premises for rubber glove storage. - Document or bank statement to prove minimum capital of RM100,000.
