Application requirements

- Official application letter; - Area plan in hardcopy and softcopy with coordinates in WGS84; - Memorandum & Articles of Association/Constitution (if applicable); - Form 49 Companies Act 1965/Section 58 Companies Act 2016; - Form 24 Companies Act 1965/Section 78 Companies Act 2016; - Latest audited financial statement (for limited companies); - Recent certified bank statement for three (3) months (for sole proprietorship applications); - Supply agreement for minerals other than sand or memorandum of understanding or agreement with the company purchasing or using the minerals.

Agency fee breakdown

Application Fee: RM3,000.00. Licence Fee: RM1,000.00 for every 500 km² or part thereof from the area for the issuance of the licence. Licence Renewal Fee: RM700.00 for every 500 km² or part thereof from the area for the issuance of the licence. Validity Period: not exceeding one (1) year from the date the licence is issued or renewed.
