Application requirements

- Obtain the application form from the Pasir Puteh Land and District Office (Entertainment Licensing Unit) - Complete the form fully - Obtain support from the district officer for the area where the entertainment is to be held - Obtain approval from the local police station chief - Obtain support from the Pasir Puteh district police chief - Submit the form to the Pasir Puteh Land and District Office for approval from the district officer as the licensing officer - Attach landowner's permission to the application form
