Digital Survey and Mapping Copyright Licence (DMC)

- Application must be made using Form PPNM-1 for Government Ministries/Departments/Public Bodies/Institutions of Higher Learning and online via https://www.jupem.gov.my for Private Companies. - New applications must include a cover letter with complete justification. - One (1) copy of the applicant's Identity Card/Passport. - One (1) copy of the Company/Organization/Business Registration Certificate (Form 9). - One (1) copy of the Survey Data Copyright Licence (for purchasing digital data). - One (1) copy of the Identity Card/Passport of the representative collecting the data (if applicable). - Student Declaration Form or Undertaking by Appointed Consultant/Contractor if documents are to be taken abroad. - Appointment Letter, Support Letter, and Undertaking by Appointed Consultant/Contractor must be included if the applicant is appointed by a Government Department. - First registration must include a Digital Thumb Print at JUPEM Customer Service Counter (for applicants from Private Agencies only). - Renewal applications must include payment details/validity period of the licence (same as new application). - Cover letter to inform of any changes in licensee information (if applicable).

New Application and Renewal: RM100 per year for Government Ministries/Departments RM200 per year for Public Bodies/Private Sector/Institutions of Higher Learning
