Application requirements
- Application must be made by filling out Form PPN 130 - amendment 1/2002 available on the JUPEM Portal.
- Accompanying letter.
- One copy of the applicant's, photographer's, and pilot's identification card/passport.
- One copy of the Company/Business/Organization Registration Certificate.
- Authorization letter from the property owner where the photography will take place (if necessary).
- Appointment letter for the photographer if from a different agency.
- Approval letter from the Chief Minister's Department for photography in Sabah and Sarawak.
- All completed applications must be submitted 2 weeks before the planned flight date.
- All raw and final images must be submitted to JUPEM, and all documents must be prepared in 3 copies for submission to JUPEM.
Agency fee breakdown
Aerial photography permit based on the number of flight days subject to a fee of RM50/day of flight.
