Application requirements
- Must have a limited liability company/partnership/cooperative
- Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
- Registered with the Legal Authority (for Sabah, Sarawak & WP Labuan)
- Engaged in import/export activities
- Commodities imported/exported must comply with GPL regulations (FAMA)
- Attach a copy of SSM registration or related documents when applying for a new account registration.
Agency fee breakdown
1. System registration with DagangNet RM200 one-time fee
2. Annual system fee to DagangNet RM120 per year
3. RM3.20 per CoC transaction for import or export based on commodity category
4. One CoC is valid for a single transaction only.
