Application requirements

- Applicant must submit an official application to SPPP and be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. - Applicant must have a license under sections 473 to 485 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1952 or; - Have a 'Load Convention' certificate or Load Line certificate according to Section 315 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1952. - SPPP will issue a permit to successful applicants.
