Application requirements
- Approval must comply with all transfer conditions set by the Director of the Kedah State Veterinary Department (DVS).
- Application for animal transfer must be made within 3 days before the transfer occurs.
- A Veterinary Officer will visit the farm/processing center for a physical and health inspection of the animals/products.
- Each livestock must be registered with Form B, Form C, and Form D under the Cattle Registration Enactment. (Only for buffalo and cattle.)
- The transfer permit and Veterinary Health Certificate (SKV) will be issued after inspection within 3 working days.
- The validity period of the permit and Health Certificate is 3 days from the date of issuance.
