- 1 copy of the applicant's identity card - Form 4D (Section 75C of the National Land Code) application to use airspace - Approval from the local authority for building planning permission - 1 copy of the plan by a licensed surveyor - Letter of consent from the landowner if the applicant is not the landowner / temporary occupation license if it is government land
