- Applicant must have a valid housing development license. - Permit conditions can be found on the Ministry of Housing and Urbanization, Sarawak website.

Permit fees for advertising and sales: 1) 9 units - 30 units = RM150.00 2) 31 units - 100 units = RM250.00 3) Over 100 units = RM500.00
