[1 July 1941] Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Government Loans (Notice of Trusts) Act 1947. Interpretation 2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires— “Bank” means the Bank servicing or managing any Government loan; “Government loan” means any loan at any time raised, or which may be raised, by the Government of Malaysia, or any loan raised before 1 April 1946, by the Government of any territory now comprised in Malaysia, in accordance with any written law for the time being in force, and which is serviced or managed by a Bank on behalf of the Government of Malaysia; “stock” means any stock or debenture stock issued in accordance with the terms of any Government loan. Exclusion of notice of trusts in respect of stock 3.
