Overview

The Type B Licence is issued to qualified individuals or responsible officers of companies incorporated under the Companies Act 1965. It permits the import, storage, and wholesale sale of poisons (excluding Group A poisons) as specified in the licence.

- New application/renewal/amendment for Type B Licence must be done online via My.Pharma-C. - Complete supporting documents must be uploaded during the application. - Applicants can refer to the Type B Licence Application Guide for more information. - Users can refer to the My.Pharma-C User Manual for system usage instructions. - Further inquiries can be directed to the Pharmacy Enforcement Division.

Agency fee breakdown

Processing fee: RM 300.00 Renewal must be done in October each year.
