Application requirements
- Approval must comply with all transfer conditions set by the importing country and after obtaining an import permit.
- Application must be submitted at least 1 month before travel.
- A Veterinary Officer will conduct a physical and health inspection of the animals/products.
- A Veterinary Health Certificate (SKV) will be issued after inspection within 3 working days.

Health Certificate (Sijil Kesihatan Veterinar): RM3.00 / consignment
Freedom (Bebas Penyakit): RM2.00 / consignment
Inspection: RM50.00 / head
