Application requirements

- Submit an application letter and relevant document attachments: - One (1) photocopy of the applicant's Identity Card - One (1) copy of the registration letter for logging operators and contractors with the State Forestry Department. - One (1) copy of the company registration letter - One (1) copy of the application from the applicant. - One (1) copy of the land grant certified by the land administrator. - One (1) copy of the sworn declaration stamped. - One (1) copy of Form A2 signed by the district land office. - One (1) copy of Form A1 - exit road signed by the district land office. - One (1) copy of the area plan applied along with the key plan certified by the land office.

New Application Trust Money: (depends on the area involved) Boundary Mark: RM 3.00 per hectare Property Mark Hammer: RM 100 per year or part thereof Transfer Licence (Form 5): (i) up to 10 cubic meters - RM 10.00 for 6 months or part thereof (ii) more than 10 cubic meters but not exceeding 25 cubic meters - RM 25.00 for 6 months or part thereof (iii) exceeding 25 cubic meters - RM 50.00 for 6 months or part thereof Contractor Registration (i) Logging: RM 100.00 per year or part thereof (ii) Taking firewood and other forest products: RM 50.00 per year or part thereof
