- New application: Individuals (Malaysians aged 18 and above), Companies (eligible to own land), Cooperatives (eligible to own land), and other bodies eligible to own land. - Renewal application: Same as new application, must be approved in JKPT meeting according to usage conditions, approval void if applicant passes away.
