Overview
The Temporary Occupation Licence 4D (TOL 4D) is issued to operators for the purpose of occupying airspace. It allows the establishment, maintenance, and occupation of a structure on government land or reserved land for a period not exceeding 21 years, subject to certain conditions.

Individuals aged 18 and above, registered companies, registered associations/organizations
Application requirements
- 2 copies of the Airspace Permit Application Form (Form 6)
- 2 copies of the Application Plan
- 2 copies of the Building Plan approved by the Planning Authority
- 1 copy of the Development Order/Planning Approval from the Local Authority
- 1 copy of the appointment letter of the licensed surveyor from the landowner
- 1 copy of the MAA along with certified Forms 24, 29 by the company secretary
- 1 copy of the letter of authorization for the representative
- 1 copy of the Land Tax receipt
- 1 set of photographs of the structure using the requested airspace
