Eligible applicants

Individuals aged 18 and above, corporations with constitutional authority, and entities authorized to hold land under relevant laws.

Application requirements

- The permit cannot be used for any purpose other than approved activities. - No permanent structures or constructions may be erected. - The permit expires upon the death of the permit holder. - The permit can be revoked immediately without compensation for violations of the National Land Code 1965 and Pahang Land Rules.

Agency fee breakdown

Not less than RM 12.00 per tree per year. Valid until December 31 each year.
