Application requirements
- Employees cannot be required to work more than 12 hours a day, including overtime, unless specified under certain conditions.
- Employees should not work in shifts for more than one month continuously and must alternate between morning, evening, and night shifts unless agreed otherwise.
- Employees cannot work more than 5 consecutive hours without a break of at least 30 minutes.
- Overtime must be paid according to the provisions of the Act.
- A schedule must be prepared at the beginning of each month and communicated to employees, kept for at least 6 years.
- The schedule and all related details must be submitted upon request by the Director General.
