Application requirements

- A farm area exceeding 40 hectares. - Copy of MyKad of the applicant or responsible officer. - Copy of Business Registration from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or Cooperative Registration from the Malaysian Cooperative Commission (SKM). - Proof of legal ownership of land and premises/lease/rental/lease purchase/occupancy permission from the owner. - Compliance with the Rubber Board Regulations (Licensing and Permits) 2014.
