- A proposal or agreement to buy or acquire rubber with an agreed payment method. - Purchase of rubber from licensed domestic holders or foreign companies. - A proposal or agreement to sell rubber with an agreed payment method. - Exporting rubber requires a valid export licence. - Includes all types of rubber under Customs Code [Harmonised System (HS) Code] 40.01 to 40.06. - Payment of minimum capital of RM50,000. - Valid Export Permit. - Certificate of Origin from LGM if required.
