Individuals aged 18 and above, corporations, organizations
Application requirements
- New application/renewal
- For individuals: 2 copies of ID card, spouse's ID (if applicable)
- For companies: 2 copies of company registration (SSM), M&A, Forms 24, 44, 49, and ID of one director
- For associations/organizations: Copy of registration, constitution, and meeting minutes approving the application
- Copy of land ownership document with written permission from the original owner if using someone else's land
- Form 8 (2) for permit application to extract and transport rock materials
- Export form if materials are to be taken out of the district
- Area plan must be signed

APPLICATION FEE
- Registration = RM 10.00
POST-APPROVAL FEES
- Royalty Fee: RM 3.00 per cubic meter
- Annual Fee: RM 3,500.00 per hectare
- Deposit Fee: 15% of the total valuation of rock materials to be extracted
- Document Fee: RM 15.00 per book (+ max. 50 sheets)
